Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

- Initial Design Concepts: Upon receiving the initial design concepts, you have the opportunity to request a refund. However, once you approve or request changes to the designs, the refund offer becomes void.
- Refund Eligibility: If you request a refund before the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee. Requests made within 48 hours of initial delivery qualify for a 66% refund, and those made between 48 and 120 hours are eligible for a 33% refund, both subject to the same processing fee.
- Limitations: No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial design delivery or once final files have been delivered. Additionally, website packages are non-refundable once development is completed or the website is deployed live.

Delivery Policy:
All design order files are delivered to your account area as per the specified date on the order confirmation. An email notification will also be sent to inform you of the delivery. Revision and refund policies are subject to the date and time of design order delivery. Customized design orders are typically delivered via email within 5 to 7 days of order placement, with rush delivery options available for expedited service.
